Gary and I have made
this a few times before. It is a great way to get a lot of veggies into meals. Many many meals. So far I have had this for 3 lunches and 1 dinner and Gary has had 2 dinners and 2 lunches and we still have some left. I have been adding a few scoops of cooked quinoa to my lunch portions which adds another layer of nutrients.
